Intake of Fiber-rich Diet- Eat fruits and vegetables, which are rich in fiber like grapes and spinach. This will help you to avoid constipation during pregnancy.

Reduce Iron Supplement Intake – Try to take iron through your regular diet so that you can reduce taking iron supplements. The reduction in the intake of iron supplement will be a great relief for you in the case of constipation.
