  • A tub

6. Carrot and Coriander

  • Chopped carrots- 1 cup
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves- 1 cup

  1. Take 1 tsp each of fine sea salt and baking soda and 2 tsp of bentonite clay in a mixing bowl.
  2. Next, add 3 drops of ravensera oil and 5 drops of peppermint oil to it.
  3. Now, add 1 tbsp of witch hazel and 2 tsp of bentonite clay to it.
  4.  Mix all these ingredients properly.
  5. Then, add 5 drops of lavender oil and, 2 drops each of naouli oil, clove oil and tea tree oil to it.
  6. Lastly, put 1 drop of rosemary oil into the combination.
  7. Thoroughly blend all the ingredients to form a paste.
  8. Apply the paste on all the affected regions of the body and get rid of the itching sensation soon.

8. Epsom Salt

Epsom salt, which consists of sulfate and magnesium, very effectively relieves the primary chickenpox symptom itching. Additionally, the minerals found in the salt alleviate the inflammation and pain in the skin due to rashes and blisters.

Method 1: Epsom Salt Bath

  • Epsom salt – 2 cups

14. Ginger
