Directions-

  1. Soak Amla powder,Haritaki (Harar / Inknut) and Reetha (Sapindus mukorossi) in water in same quantities for whole night.
  2. Next morning, apply this mixture on your scalp and hairs for 20 minutes.
  3. Wash your hair with lukewarm water.
  4. Follow this procedure minimum 2 times in a week.

Method No. 2. Gooseberry and Mehandi

You Need-

  • Gooseberry powder/dry Gooseberry- 20gm/2
  • Mehandi- 20gm
  • Iron pot

Direction-

  1. Take Gooseberry powder, if you don’t have Gooseberry powder take dry Gooseberry and make powder of it and then use it. Mix this Gooseberry with mehndi powder in equal amounts.
  2. Soak the powdered mixture in water and keep it in iron pot.
  3. Let the mixture be kept undisturbed overnight.
  4. Next morning apply this mixture / paste to your scalp for 2 hours before washing your hair.
  5. Wash your hair with lukewarm water.
  6. Apply this paste once a week and you will start feeling the difference within few days.

Method No. 3 Gooseberry and Coconut

You need-

  • Green Gooseberry- 3-4
  • Coconut oil- 100ml

Directions-

  1. Take green Gooseberry fruit and cut it into pieces.
  2. Dry those pieces in shade. This may take few days but highly recommended to dry them in shade, avoid keeping them in direct sunlight.
  3. Now boil the pieces in coconut oil until they become charred.
  4. Cool this oil and apply this on scalp twice a week and wash them with mild shampoo and luke warm water.

Method No. 4 Gooseberry and Lemon Juice

You need-

  • Gooseberry pulp- 10ml
  • Lemon juice- 10ml

Directions-

  1. Take Gooseberry pulp and mix it with lemon juice in equal amount and make a paste.
  2. Massage the paste on scalp and through hair.
  3. Leave it for a night and then shampoo your hair next morning.
