Method 2: Apple Cider Vinegar Spray

If you have a really bad case of jock itch, then applying undiluted apple cider vinegar to the infected area might be a better option.

In order to avoid any damage to the skin, consider using apple cider vinegar as a spray instead.

What you need:

  • Food grade apple cider vinegar
  • Talcum powder
  • A spray bottle

  1. Pour some food grade apple cider vinegar into a clean spray bottle.

Method 3: White Vinegar

  • Warm water
  • Talcum powder

  • Good personal hygiene is a must during this period. Keep the infected area clean and neat. Also make sure that the area is dry as the fungus that causes the infection thrives in a moist environment. Always make it a point to dry the area with a soft towel after showering.
  • Shower immediately after exercising or if you sweat heavily as this would otherwise give more room for the fungus to grow and spread to other parts of the body.

  1. I have been intermittently having jock itch since many years. I used several OTC medications, but all those provided only temporary relief! Can the home remedies give me total and permanent relief?
